Supplier audit

1.Regularly or irregularly, the supplier's products and manufacturing process are audited to ensure that the supplier's quality and manufacturing process meet the original requirements.

2.For "product safety, regulatory requirements, quality yield rate, punctual delivery rate, quality management system verification... etc., audit and evaluation indicators are set, and risk scores are evaluated and analyzed.

 

Commitments and policies

Conflict Minerals Policy:

1. The company declares and promises that it will not accept the use of metals "tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W) and gold (Au)" from conflict mining areas.
2. The company continues to cooperate with the non-conflict mineral plan to investigate the source of minerals in the supply chain.

 

Prohibition of hazardous substances:

Suppliers of raw materials for the manufacturing process are required to provide a "Product Prohibited and Restricted Substances Warranty" statement to ensure that their products do not contain internationally prohibited substances that are harmful to the environment, and to ensure compliance with relevant international laws and regulations. If the company finds any major deficiencies when performing supplier environmental audits, it will request a review and improvement plan report within a time limit. In order to reduce the impact of the company's products on the environment, enhance product competitiveness and fulfill social responsibilities.

 

Compliance with environmental protection laws and regulations:

Suppliers must comply with relevant environmental protection laws and regulations on air pollution, water pollution prevention and control, waste and resource management, etc., as required by the government. If there is a violation of laws and regulations, an improvement plan must be proposed.
